Senior Technical Lead - Data & Analytics

What you will do:

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions using SQL, Azure Databricks, and enterprise ETL frameworks across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Own technical execution for assigned initiatives, including detailed solution design, design and code reviews, and enforcement of engineering and data quality standards.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership and mentorship to Data Engineers and Data Developers, supporting skill development and consistent delivery practices.
• Manage the successful delivery of multiple critical data initiatives annually across Individual Insurance, Wealth, Advisory Network, and Canada Operations, translating business requirements into secure, reliable data solutions.
• Lead a cross‑functional delivery team of both technology and business resources, establishing clear ownership, delivery plans, and accountability for scope, quality, and timelines.
