Senior Technical Lead

We are a growing network services company looking for a hands‑on senior leader to cover network delivery, operations and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong technical depth with commercial and regulatory ownership in a small, fast‑moving ISP environment.

What you’ll do

Network & Delivery

• Lead design and delivery of broadband access, last‑mile and enterprise networks (fiber, wireless, campus Wi‑Fi, managed networks).
• Own projects end‑to‑end: survey, design, costing, implementation and handover.
• Act as technical authority for proposals, tenders and customer solutions.

Operations & Performance

• Establish service assurance, fault management and operational workflows.
• Define SLAs, escalation processes and performance KPIs.
• Lead major incident and root‑cause analysis.
