Senior Technical Lead

We are a growing network services company looking for a hands-on senior leader to cover network delivery, operations and regulatory compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong technical depth with commercial and regulatory ownership in a small, fast-moving ISP environment.

What you'll do
Network & Delivery
• Lead design and delivery of broadband access, last-mile and enterprise networks (fiber, wireless, campus Wi-Fi, managed networks).
• Own projects end-to-end: survey, design, costing, implementation and handover.
• Act as technical authority for proposals, tenders and customer solutions.
Operations & Performance
• Establish service assurance, fault management and operational workflows.
• Define SLAs, escalation processes and performance KPIs.
• Lead major incident and root-cause analysis.
Regulatory & Compliance
• Own all NFP / NSP operational and compliance obligations.
