The Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Manager , Archaeology , you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how archaeology supports responsible development across Ontario. You’ll lead complex archaeological programs from proposal through delivery, ensuring work meets provincial and federal regulatory requirements while upholding the highest technical, quality, and safety standards.

In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with people and project leadership - overseeing multidisciplinary teams, guiding project strategy, mentoring archaeologists, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and Indigenous Nations and communities. Your work will influence major infrastructure, development, and land‑use projects, helping protect cultural heritage while enabling informed, sustainable decision‑making.
