Collaborate across the organization to drive innovation in products and processes, build high‑performing technical teams, and ensure delivery of exceptional quality to customers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor mill Technical Managers and technical teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and standardization between mills.
• Lead recipe and process optimization trials across mills.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, analyze performance against budget, and implement corrective action plans for divisions with negative product performance and/or financial variance.
