Senior Technical Manager, Hydrogeology / Hydrogeological Engineering

The Opportunity

As a Senior Hydrogeologist , you will take on a visible technical and leadership role within WSP’s Water Management, Hydrogeology and Geophysics team, supporting some of the most complex environmental and engineering challenges in Alberta and across Western Canada. Based in Calgary , you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the strategic direction and continued growth of our Earth & Environment services in the Prairies and North.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technical excellence, people leadership, and business development . You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of hydrogeologists, engineers, modellers, and geochemists, contributing your expertise to projects that span energy, mining, infrastructure, and environmental assessment.
