Due to internal promotion, Kitson Associates is hiring anexperienced Technical Manager for a successful housing developer in Northamptonshire. Reporting to theTechnical Director , you'll oversee design and utility coordination, ensuring approvals and timely information flow between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC & sustainability standards
