DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator/Team Leader for Polio and EPI and the general guidance of the WHO Representative, the incumbent in close collaboration with national authorities will assist in managing and directing WHO’s inputs to polio eradication and EPI in country, including:

Provide technical support in the development of the annual National Emergency Action Plans for polio eradication, and monitor the implementation of WHO’s work towards the NEAP execution as well as providing the Team Leader with regular updates and assistance in the yearly evaluation of the NEAP.
