  About you 

 You know how to get to the bottom of a business requirement and you can develop a solution that is tailored to the specific problem you’re trying to solve
 You love analytical problems and have a knack for solving them
 You can produce clear and concise documentation
 You can write SQL code and you’re a whiz in Excel
 Ideally you would have some experience in consumer lending and / or in collections
 There are also a few “soft skills” that are very important in this role:
 You are a strong communicator and you love working with and influencing a large number of stakeholders
 You don’t settle for half-baked - you set high standards and you’re always pushing for continuous improvement
 You don’t mind ambiguity and you’re comfortable with quickly changing direction and making last minute changes
