**Job Overview**

Lead and drive the Technical aspects of high projects complexity and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.

**Job Requirements**

+ Define technical strategy for high-impact projects (innovation, global platforms…)

+ Lead and drive the technical team in tandem with the Project Manager

+ Manage interfaces between customers and project teams

+ Oversee multiple projects or a technical portfolio

+ Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements

+ Participate in strategic decisions with EMIA management (M&S, PM, PjM, PE,…)
