The Role:
You'll be the driving force behind our project scaling. From headhunting niche Architects to rapidly deploying highly skilled Contractors, you will own the talent pipeline across multiple borders.
What you'll do:
Scale Global Teams: Source, vet, and close top-tier technical talent across SA and other talent hubs.
Master the Cloud Stack: Engage deeply with candidates in the Azure and GCP ecosystems (DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture).
