Senior Technical Recruiter (PST Shift)

Baner, Pune - 5 days a week onsite

PST Shift (08:30 PM IST – 05:30 AM IST)

(Preferred experience with MSP/VMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for various technical roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS (preferably Job Diva) platforms to track and manage candidate submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Leverage various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals .
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in IT recruitment.
