Senior Technical Recruiter

Reporting to the VP, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent
across a variety of roles in fast-growing companies. You’ll have the freedom to own your client
and candidate relationships end-to-end, while receiving support from a collaborative and driven
team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and
  placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted
  partner on both sides.
• Strategically source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and Titan’s internal
  ATS.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring the best possible match and experience.
