The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, sourcing and hiring top-tier technology talent for our clients across the United States. This position requires working during US Eastern Time hours and offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
