We are currently seeking passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented mid to senior-level Technical Recruiters to join our team.
Experience Level: 4 to 10 years
Location: Bengaluru (currently remote with future on-site potential)
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST)
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Talent Engagement: Understand client requirements, meticulously source, screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates tailored to the client's needs.
Resume Sourcing: Utilize a variety of platforms including job boards (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Indeed) and social networking sites (Linked In) to identify and engage top-tier talent.
