Senior Technical Service Chemist Job

Responsibilities

• Conduct paint and coating formulation and testing of resin products. Carry out the test as requested and provide the necessary formulation and data to customer to support business development of the products. Conduct lab testing and formula improvement for customer.
• Build value‑added testing and application development, obtain and carry out evaluation of market competition products which align with sale and marketing strategies.
• Visit customer with technical service manager / sales team to develop and propose technical solutions that meet customers' requirements or resolve customers’ issues in product application and paint formulation.
• Participate customer meeting, liaise with customers on product performance requirements, recommend suitable product to support new business development.
• Conduct product training to sales person, agents and distributors.
