Senior Technical Service Engineer

Job Roles
Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of IoT sensors/devices, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.
Conduct advanced testing on IoT devices, identifying and resolving issues related to hardware, firmware, and software.
Perform root cause analysis on device hardware components, including PCB circuits, firmware, and software, and develop solutions for complex technical issues.
Manage and oversee data communication infrastructure, including network configurations, server setups, and equipment calibration to ensure system efficiency.
Develop and implement proactive maintenance and troubleshooting strategies to enhance IoT device reliability and longevity.
Provide high-level customer support, training, and consultation to clients on IoT device usage, maintenance, and best practices.
Document and analyze system performance data, generating detailed reports on installations, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
