Senior Technical Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior/Technical Superintendent for a Singapore-based shipowner. This role is responsible for leading the technical and procurement management of a fleet of domestic and foreign-going oil tankers, ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective resource planning.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Class/Flag/Port State requirements and industry standards such as OCIMF / Oil Major expectations, with proven ability to drive vessel performance, reduce downtime, and uphold safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical and procurement activities for assigned fleet; provide guidance and mentorship to superintendents/assistants and procurement personnel.
