Senior Technical Supervisor, Cheese

Within our brand new state-of-the-art 600-person manufacturing facility in Lubbock Leprino is seeking aSenior Technical Supervisor, Cheese to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What Youll Do:
+ Build staffing plans, adjust schedules, and track inventories to meet daily production needs.
+ Guide, coach, and develop hourly team members through hands-on training and regular feedback.
+ Coordinate daily cheese production to meet quality standards, output goals, and safety expectations.
+ Monitor product testing, equipment performance, and team actions to support consistent, safe operations.
+ Improve processes by updating standard work, partnering with Maintenance, and supporting root cause reviews.
