Senior Technical Support Engineer (Chemical / Plastics Industry)

Technical Support & Sales Development Engineer responsible for promoting the product portfolio in Latin America by providing advanced technical support, application development, and project follow-up to drive sales growth (e.g., metallocene PE).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front-end (pre-sales)

• Support the CPA commercial team, sales developers and Product Managers in the promotion of ExxonMobil branded metallocene resins and specialty elastomers in flexible packaging applications across Latin America.
• Drive direct engagement with CPAI customer base to develop applications using company materials and manage technical projects with customers and target market segments.
• Once customer needs have been identified by Sales Developers, provide resin selection and formulation guidance aligned with application requirements.
