Overview

Senior Technical Support Engineer - Network Specialist L3 responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting datacenter and campus network infrastructure, and for maintaining network operations and handling technical escalations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support network infrastructure for datacenter and campus networks.
• Maintain network infrastructure and handle technical escalations.

Good To Have

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Extreme fabric.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Huawei Switching and Wireless.
• Hands-on experience with F5 LTM.
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass NAC.

Mandatory

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT network operations, design and implementation, and support.
• Develop and maintain HLD and LLD documents.
