Senior Technical Support Engineer / Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE)

We’re hiring Sr. Technical Support Engineer / Sr. Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our global customers. This role covers both after-sales technical support and application support for sales, and works closely with regional engineering, manufacturing, sales & service teams.

What you’ll do:

• Provide after-sales technical support for electronic test & measurement instruments
• Support global sales teams through application consulting, product demos, solution validation, and customer engagement
• Work with teams across regions – engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service to support and solve the end users’ feedback, to improve product quality and customer experience.
• Provide structured field feedback to product, quality, and R&D teams to improve product quality, customer applications, documentation, and usability
• Manage customer technical cases via CRM systems; ERP experience is a plus
