Senior Technician - Global compensation

Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Compensation, the Senior Technician plays an active role in day‑to‑day administration of benefit plans (group insurance, savings plans, EAP, etc.) and other total compensation programs. They also serve as point of contact for employees and vendors regarding related issues.

Your day‑to‑day!

• Handle the administrative aspects of managing employee benefit programs in various countries (Canada, the United States, and France)
• Process and track changes related to employee benefits in the systems
• Generate, validate, and track reports, including billing for employee benefit programs
• Serve as a point of contact to answer questions from employees and suppliers
• Assist the team with the annual benefits renewal process
