Job Description:
Perform repair processes such as Composite, Sheet-metal, Plasma spray, Ultrahigh Water Jet, Shot-peening, Heat Treatment, Cleaning, Masking, Blasting & etc.
Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule and delivery requirements.
Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher NITEC
Preferably with experiences in engine component repair industry.
Knowledge and skills in repair processes. Eg.: Composite, Sheet-metal, Plasma spray, Ultrahigh Water Jet, Shot-peening & Heat Treatment.
Ability to work in shift rotation and support overtime in production.
Basic command of written and spoken English.
