Senior Technician

Job Purpose / Requirement:

• Prepare reports on company vehides covering road usage requirements according to the Road Transport Act and related regulations, expiration dates for insurance, road tax, permits (eg. Puspakom, etc.), and warranty periods.
• Prepare documentation for renewing insurance, licenses & permits, and ensure all are renewed before their expiry date.
• Plan and arrange appointments for periodic maintenance or in-warranty repairs for vehicles that are still under warranty.
• Prepare documentation for the payment of bills and all forms of payments related to repairs/licensing/inspections/insurance/road tax and others pertaining to company vehicles.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance, including bill payments (if any), for future reference and planning.
• Inspect and test new vehicles together with the E&M Vehicle Unit to confirm the acceptance of new vehicles and ensure that the vehicles meet specifications and...
