Senior Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

1. Carry out monthly preventive maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AHU, FCU split unit cooling towers, pumps, and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems.
2. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
3. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
4. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
5. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
6. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
7. Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.
