Senior Tender Manager (9 months Term Contract)

Degree in civil engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board or its equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in LTA MRT projects tender preparation and submission and at least 5 years of experience in the capacity of tender leader. Able to lead the tender team from tender preparation to final submission of tender. Relevant experience in procurement, programming, site coordination and installation of architectural works. Good negotiation skills in calling subcontractors for obtaining cost information for the tendered projects. Familiar with LTA MRT projects specifications and requirements. Good experience in handling tender clarification questions. Applicants are required to submit their detailed CV and state the current and expected salary.
