Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in testing within the Retail & Liability products sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end digital onboarding journeys and be skilled in test execution and automation processes.
Responsibilities:Perform testing-related work that is not straightforward and repetitive.
Possess knowledge and work experience in the Retail On-boarding journey for CCPL, CASA, and TD products.
Review user stories, prepare test cases, and execute test plans using tools like ADO and JIRA.
Understand digital onboarding processes, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling.
Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance digitization efforts.
