Senior Test Development Engineer (LabVIEW / Electronics)

THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

THE ROLE
The Senior Test Development Engineer is responsible for:

• Develop and deploy automated and manual test systems (ICT, FCT, system-level).
• Create test programs, scripts, fixtures, and hardware interfaces.
• Support NPI, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot test failures, perform root cause analysis, and improve yield.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA test development.
• Hands-on experience with automated test equipment and instrumentation.
