General Summary

The Senior Test Development Engineer is responsible for pre‑silicon and post‑silicon validation and production test development of Qualcomm IPs, ensuring readiness for new product introduction and high‑volume manufacturing. This role requires strong hardware and software expertise, hands‑on ATE experience, and advanced debugging and analytical skills. The engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Analog, Digital, Firmware/Software, DFT, Validation (VI), and Systems Engineering to define and execute efficient and high‑quality test solutions. Focus areas include Audio, Power Management Units (PMU), charger, radio, auxiliary system functions and digital. The role expects independent technical ownership and execution with minimal supervision.
