Job Description

Join Renesas’ Automotive Test Competence Center (ATCC) in Dresden and play a key role in delivering high-quality semiconductor solutions for automotive and industrial applications.

As a ** Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d)** , you will take ownership of test development across the product lifecycle - from characterization and validation to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). You will design and deploy state-of-the-art ATE test solutions, drive yield and test efficiency improvements, and act as a technical expert within cross-functional teams.

This is a fully qualified professional role, where you will independently solve complex problems, influence technical direction, and contribute to best practices across projects.
