Job Description

+ **Test Strategy & Development**

+ Define comprehensive test plans and solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
+ Develop cost optimized test flows, including parallel test strategies.
+ Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed signal ATE platforms.

+ **Hardware Design & Requirements**

+ Design test hardware including load boards, probe heads, and sockets.
+ Generate requirements for test hardware based on device specifications and characterization data

+ **Execution & Sustaining**

+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
+ Provide sustaining support for existing production products and test platforms.
+ Lead platform conversions and efficiency improvements across multiple ATE systems.

+ **Technical Expertise**
