Test Strategy & Development
Define comprehensive test plans and solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
Develop cost optimized test flows, including parallel test strategies.
Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed signal ATE platforms.
Hardware Design & Requirements
Design test hardware including load boards, probe heads, and sockets.
Generate requirements for test hardware based on device specifications and characterization data
Execution & Sustaining
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
Provide sustaining support for existing production products and test platforms.
Lead platform conversions and efficiency improvements across multiple ATE systems.
