Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Equipment Engineering Lead to spearhead our equipment engineering team and ensure world-class capability in ATE tester and handler operations. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in semiconductor test operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an equipment engineering team to ensure technical competency in ATE tester and handler setup, alignment, troubleshooting and integration with different tester platforms


• Facilitate continuous knowledge enhancement through vendor updates, technical workshops, and structured training programs
