THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Test & Validation Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the R&D Engineering Manager.

THE ROLE
The Senior Test & Validation Engineer is responsible for:

• Develop and implement test procedures for AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems.
• Perform functional, stress, and reliability testing across diverse operating conditions.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive product improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing power supplies or conversion systems.
