Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Thermal Controls Engineer with strong experience in EV thermal systems and control strategies . The role focuses on development, integration, and validation of thermal management and control algorithms for electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize thermal control strategies for EV systems including battery, power electronics, motor, HVAC, and cooling loops
• Design and implement control algorithms for thermal systems using Model-Based Design (MBD) approaches
• Work with MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow to develop and validate control logic
• Interface with thermal, hardware, software, and vehicle integration teams
