Senior Trade Marketing Executive

ATHALIA is a fast-growing scalp care and self-care brand expanding from strong digital presence into modern trade and offline retail channels across Malaysia and Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Trade Marketing Executive to lead retail listing, POSM execution, and in-store performance.
This role reports directly to the Founder.
Role Objective
To secure retail listings and execute strong in-store presence while protecting brand positioning and commercial margins. This is a highly hands-on role. You will build our retail channel from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Retail Listing & Account Handling
Identify and approach major health & beauty retail chains
Prepare listing decks, commercial proposals, and pricing structures
Negotiate trade terms, margins, rebates, and promotional participation
Handle listing documentation and follow-up
Manage distributor coordination if required
