SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

To lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategy across a multi-brand beauty portfolio (Premium, Masstige & Mass), driving sell-out growth, market share and brand equity across Irish retail channels.

This role sits at the intersection of Brand (Principals), Sales and Retail, ensuring best-in-class in-store and online activation, strong commercial return, and operational excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Trade Strategy & Planning

Develop and deliver annual and quarterly trade marketing plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives.

Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant activation plans.

Own the trade calendar (launches, promotions, key trading periods).

Contribute to Joint Business Planning with key retail accounts.
