SENIOR TRADEMARK EXECUTIVE

Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur Full Time

RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 per month

ROLE PURPOSE

• A Senior Executive (Level 1) possesses a mid-level of experience and should be able to already be an expert in handling tasks conducted by a Junior Executive and is now experienced in taking on more contentious work including advising clients on opposition matters, attending hearings, drafting agreements and contentious matters.
• Possesses the skill and capabilities to train and supervise Paralegals and Junior Executives in carrying out their roles efficiently.
• Possess the necessary skills and capability to be a person of contact for large scale and special clients.
• Taking on and managing specific projects on behalf of the firm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Client Consultancy: Provide consultancy services to clients on IP rights, specifically focusing on trademarks, trade secret...
