Sales Management:
Collaborate with the CEO to strategize and plan sales and marketing activities, targeting key markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and East Africa.

Work with the CEO to define the authorized suppliers and producers the company engages with in various export countries.

Oversee procurement activities related to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.

Resolve any customer complaints or claims promptly and effectively.

Lead, motivate, and manage the existing sales force to achieve company goals and objectives.
