What You Will Do

The Global Leadership Senior Trainer  plays a pivotal role in the facilitation and implementation of global leadership development programs, including the TTEC Leadership Institute (TLI), BUILD, and other strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact learning experiences across regions, supporting program rollout, and continuously evolving facilitation practices to meet the needs of diverse leadership audiences.

You will report to the Manager, Global Leadership Development  and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and learner needs.
