Senior Training And Development Specialist

CareHub is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support onboarding, training, and performance development for healthcare support teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
Train staff on SOPs, healthcare workflows, systems, and communication standards.
Develop and update training materials and documentation.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during the onboarding period.
Partner with QA and Operations teams to address performance gaps through targeted training.
Track training completion and evaluate training effectiveness.
Support the use of digital learning and workflow guidance tools. Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO environment
Strong skills in onboarding, process training, and quality coaching
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing employees
