Senior Training & Development Specialist

The Senior Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced training programs, acting as an expert to improve employee skills, and aligning learning initiatives with business goals. This position analyzes organizational training needs, creates instructional materials (e-learning, workshops), and evaluates training effectiveness. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. It requires an onsite presence daily.
