Senior Training Engineer - Electronic Warfare

Responsibilities

• The Definition of the technical training programme ensuring alignment with the programme and core training needs


• Day to day management of the engineers, including attendance monitoring


• Overall management and reporting of the individuals progress


• Highlight, manage and resolve any competency issues, escalating as appropriate


• Identification of opportunities for UK based training


• Identification of opportunities for on-the-job training and hands on experience based training


• Engineer certification/sign off as appropriate
  Relative experience gained on use of Electronic Warfare toolsets to provide support and knowledge to KSA engineering trainee's


• Relevant experience in ground-based IT virtual systems (complex server networks)


• Previous experience of working in an integration/delivery environment
