This is a large, complex, frontline operational business where training quality has a direct impact on safety, performance and customer outcomes. Operating nationally in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment, the organisation relies heavily on effective frontline capability. Training is business-critical, but consistency and quality need lifting. This role exists to fix that.
  
THE ROLE:
  
This is a senior, hands-on Senior Training Manager role focused on execution, not theory. Reporting to the COO and leading a team of five, you will own the end-to-end training strategy across Australia.
