Senior Training Manager

The Senior Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving learning and development programs across the Group's hospitality and food & beverage operations in Southeast Asia. This role ensures that all employees - from frontline service staff to management - are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and behavioral competencies to deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with the Group's service philosophy and brand standards.
The Senior Training Manager plays a strategic and operational role in strengthening organizational capability, driving service consistency across multiple markets, supporting new openings, and building leadership pipelines. The position requires close collaboration with Operations, HR, Brand, and senior leadership to support business growth and enhance overall workforce performance.
