This position focuses on maintaining full training coverage across the organization, supporting operational needs and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in tracking and executing training plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and update engaging, high-quality training materials
• Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve learning initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and completion tracking
• Work cross-functionally to align training programs with business needs
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
• Lead audits, evaluations, and follow-up actions to ensure closure and improvement
