Job Description
Our client, a leading Independent Power Producer, is seeking an experienced Senior Transactor to support large -scale renewable energy projects from bid stage through to financial close. The role requires strong financial modelling skills, commercial structuring expertise, and proven IPP sector experience within South Africa's REIPPPP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead transactions from bid submission to financial close within REIPPPP and private PPA frameworks.
Build, review, and optimize detailed financial models for renewable energy projects.
Support bid strategy, financial structuring, and risk assessments.
Negotiate with lenders, investors, and stakeholders to secure project financing.
Collaborate with technical, legal, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
