Felsburg Holt & Ullevig (FHU) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Transportation Project Manager to help grow and lead our Sioux Falls office. This role is ideal for a senior leader who brings strong technical expertise, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to win and deliver work. This individual will play a key role in shaping FHU’s growth in South Dakota, leading business development efforts, supporting project delivery, and providing leadership to local staff.

Business Development & Client Leadership

+ Lead business development efforts in the Sioux Falls region and South Dakota, with a focus on SDDOT and local agency clients

+ Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with FHU growth goals

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively position FHU for upcoming pursuits

+ Lead or support proposals, interviews, and marketing strategies to secure new work
