Senior Transportation/Roadway Designer

Job Overview Mott MacDonald Canada is seeking a Senior Transportation/Roadway Designer to support our growing civil team on infrastructure assignments for public and private-sector clients across Canada, with opportunities at our Vancouver and Toronto offices.

Responsibilities

Develop preliminary and detailed design based on engineering reports, detailed notes, and client specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Design roadways using Civil 3D is a must, knowledge of OpenRoads design software is a plus.

Prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings, including plans, profiles, cross-sections, geometrics, drainage and utilities.

Prepare design quantities, cost estimates, and provide technical support throughout the tendering and construction processes.
